Welcome to Rosemary Garden’s wholesale program! At Rosemary Garden we are dedicated to providing the highest quality products to our customers. Our high quality standards are some of the strictest in the industry and we are honored to offer you this same quality as part of our wholesale program. Our wholesale program is split into four groups:Wholesale, Professional, Institutional and Institutional Member. Please review the information below to find out more about each group.
To qualify for our Wholesale Group,you must agree to sell, market, and distribute Rosemary Garden’s products in a retail store. A reseller is required to have state documentation of a resale permit or state equivalent. We do not allow resellers to sell on market places including (but not limited to) Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Taobao,Yahoo, Shopee etc. If you are interested in selling Rosemary Garden’s products online through your own personal website, please contact us at info@therosemarygarden for approval.
To qualify for our Professional Group,you must be a licensed herbalist,aromatherapist, practitioner, massage therapist and/or chiropractor, and you must agree to use Rosemary Garden's products in your professional settings. Professionals are required to provide registered documentation of their profession.
To qualify for our Institutional Group, you must be an educational institution (school districts, colleges,universities, etc.), Government (Navy, Marines, Air Force, Army, Coast Guard,etc.) or health care institution (Doctor’s offices, clinics, hospitals,hospice, etc.). Institutions are required to provide state documentation of their institution.
Institutional Member Group
To qualify for our Institutional Member Group, you must be a member of one of the institutions listed above. If you belong to an educational institution (school districts, colleges,universities, etc.), government institution (Navy, Marines, Air Force, Army,Coast Guard, etc.) or health care institution (Doctor’s offices, clinics,hospitals, hospice, etc.) and want to purchase Rosemary Garden’s products for your own personal use, this is the group for you. Institutional Members are required to provide a copy of your institutional I.D. or other state documentation of your institutional membership.Those that qualify for the government institution, will not be required to provide a copy of your institutional I.D. If you would like to be a part of our Institutional Member Group, please contact us at email@example.com for approval.
All items are UNCONDITIONALLY GUARANTEED. If you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return the item(s) to us undamaged and unused within 2 weeks for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping fees). To complete a return, you must include a copy of your invoice in the box along with a note detailing the reason you are sending the item/items back to us.
If you place the order then cancel before we ship out. The Ecommerce platform will charge 4% credit card fee for USA customers and 5% for International customers. We only refund the 95%-96% based on which country you are.
Return Policy Exceptions
Returns of large orders or high value items may be processed in the form of store credit or a refund minus a 20% a restocking fee. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a question about this policy.

*International Returns: Due to high shipping costs, international customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning an item and all shipping, duties and customs fees originally associated with receiving the order.
*PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable accept the return of a diffuser once it has been used, unless it is defective.
We ship worldwide. To see our very affordable shipping rates, go to any item and click "Estimate Shipping" or add your items to your shopping cart. As you proceed through checkout, it will give you a shipping quote. If you don't like the shipping quote, you can cancel your order before your payment is processed.
International orders- Please indicate shipping preference when ordering: EMS, SF Express,UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Saver,DHL or FedEx.
Rosemary Garden must be notified of defect or damage to product or shipment errors within 10 days of receipt. At this time determination of how to correct the shipment will be made.
A restock fee of 50% may be charged for items returned for reasons other than defect, damage or mis-shipment. This fee may also be applied for unauthorized returns.
